So, what are you getting your significant other for Christmas???
Traci and I are giving each other a trip dog sledding. It's $150 and includes a day of dog sledding, breakfast, lunch, dinner and a night in the lodge. We have friends coming from Ireland who wanted to try it so we are going!
It is way expensive for us and really can't afford it - but one of my disbursements for school was late so we have a bit of extra cash. That's all we are giving each other - in theory.

My dh has champagne taste with no beer money. I told him it has to be reasonable...as in, $20 or less.

Bradley and I play cards together a lot. A while back we started wearing hats to our games. I have worn Josie's Indian Chief Headdress, and some pimp had I had. So...This year we have decided to get each other new card playing hats.
We are such dorks.

Dh is getting a gutter cleaner from me along with a pair of kitchen sheers with a note that says, "please don't wear these when you climb up on the roof. I love you." (Relates to our first house and how he fell off the roof while cleaning the gutters and had scissors in his pocket.) :eek :giggle
From the kids, he is getting a stainless steel keychain, a new wallet and uh something else but I forgot what it was. I wrapped it already! :doh :lol

We hope so. We have a group going so the price is a bit less. Traci has wanted to go since we moved to Minnesota. My biggest fear is my Irish friends will freeze their asses off!! They also want to walk on a frozen Lake Superior.
They also want to walk on a frozen Lake Superior.
Now that would scare the hell out of me :scared

Traci and I did it last winter. Lake Superior/Duluth is only 2 hours away. It's our escape for the weekend place - We escape about every other month. There's pictures of us on frozen lake superior on my myspace page.
